When you place an order, we perform a standard authorization check to ensure sufficient funds. Your card is charged once authorization is approved. The payment received acts as a deposit toward the total value of your purchase. Once your order is shipped and you receive a confirmation email, the amount paid will be considered full payment for the items listed.

Because many of our products are hand-crafted and customizable, production begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

You will be securely redirected to the payment gateway to complete your purchase using your credit card or PayPal account. All transactions are securely processed, and your credit card statement will show PayPal as the merchant if you pay via PayPal.

Refunds
