• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or style, please contact us before sending it back so we can reserve your desired item in advance.

Fees and Restocking

• Return shipping: Free (a prepaid return label will be provided).
• Restocking fee: None.
• Original shipping fee ($6.99) is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
