All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Teenewsshirt does not store full credit card details on its servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Most packages arrive within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
• Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date to initiate a carrier claim.
For damaged packages, send clear photos or videos to support@teenewsshirt.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• How to Request: Contact support@teenewsshirt.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection. Please allow 3–5 additional days for bank processing.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items.
